Privacy policy

This site tracks nobody, and the products collect nothing. That is a short sentence to write and an easy one to be vague about, so here is the detail.

Who is the operator

The personal data operator is the seller: Mashinkin%20Vitalii%20Aleksandrovich, self-employed (payer of the Russian professional income tax), an individual without the status of a sole trader, Russian Federation.

What we collect, and why

Legal grounds

What this website does not do

How long we keep it

Your rights

Any of these is simple to exercise: write to support@quiettoolsstudio.com from the address you used with us, say what you want in your own words, and it will be done.

One honest limit: where the law requires keeping data, or it is needed to perform the contract, it cannot be deleted the moment you ask — it is deleted when the ground disappears. In that case the reason and the date will be stated plainly.

Where the data is

Processing uses databases located in the Russian Federation: the hosting and the mailbox are with Russian providers. There is no cross-border transfer of personal data.

Our products

Each product page says what its tool does with your data. The rule they all follow: work happens on your machine, and there is no server of ours to send anything to.

Your control

Uninstalling a tool removes its settings. Files it wrote stay on your disk, where you put them — they were never ours.

Letters to support

This policy applies to support letters as well. If you wrote to support@quiettoolsstudio.com — even without a purchase, even just a question about the free add-on — your address, the name if you gave it and the correspondence are processed on the same terms as described here.

Changes

If anything here ever changes, this page will say so before the change ships, and so will the product's own listing.

Contact

Questions about any of the above: support@quiettoolsstudio.com. The Russian version of this page, which prevails for buyers in Russia, is /privacy/.
