Terms of sale

Plain terms, because a licence nobody reads is a licence that surprises somebody later.

What is for sale, and what it costs

Nothing is currently for sale.

Announced, and not yet on sale — these cannot be bought and no price is being charged:

• FBX Scale Report Pro — expected to be $25, one-time payment. Find the wrong scales in a folder, then fix them in one pass. The date is not fixed, and nothing is taken until it is released.

Prices are in United States dollars and include nothing extra. Taxes, if any apply in your country, are calculated at checkout.

What you receive

• A download — the product's files, delivered as a download link on the order confirmation.
• Updates for the version you bought, for as long as that version is supported. A future major version may be a separate purchase, and if so it will be stated before you buy the current one.
• Support by email, at the address below.

Delivery

Immediately after payment. The payment provider redirects you to a page with the download link — that page is where the file is, and there is no email to wait for. Nothing is shipped. If the page does not open, write to us and we will send the link by hand.

The receipt comes from «Мой налог» (the tax service), not from us: it is issued to the address or phone number you give at payment. If it does not arrive, write to us and we will sort it out.

Payment

Payments are handled by a payment provider. The provider's own terms apply to the transaction; ours apply to the product.

What you may do with it

• Use it on any number of your own machines, for personal or commercial work.
• Use it in work you sell — assets, games, client projects. What you make with it is yours.
• Keep it. A purchase is not a subscription and does not expire.
• Share it if you want to. Both editions are free software under GPL-3.0-or-later: the licence allows you to copy it and pass it on, and no wording here can take that away. We ask — as a request, not a condition — that you do not hand the paid edition around, because what the price buys is not the file: it is the updates, the platform profiles and an answer by email when something breaks. A copy from a friend gets none of those.

Free products

Free products are free rather than a trial. Nothing is held back for a later paid tier, and a free product that is later discontinued will keep working in the form you already have.

Changes to these terms

They may change for future purchases. The terms in force when you bought something are the ones that apply to that purchase.
