Support
A real person reads every message. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no queue to be escalated out of.
Write to
support@quiettoolsstudio.comWhat to include
It makes the difference between one exchange and five:
- Which product and which version, from the add-on list or the extension page.
- What you did, in the order you did it.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- For file problems: the file, or the part that matters. A single FBX is enough to reproduce almost anything.
How quickly
Usually within a few days. This is a one-person studio, and pretending otherwise would only make the silence worse.
Before writing
- Each product page has a What it does not do section. Most surprises are described there.
- For free products, the source is public — an issue on the repository often reaches the same reader.
Where to write
Email is the reliable one: support@quiettoolsstudio.com. It reaches a person, needs no account, and works for anything — a bug, a licence question, a refund.
If you prefer a tracker where the answer stays visible to others, the free tools are public and their issues are open: fbxscale issues. There is no contact form on this page on purpose: a form would mean accepting other people's input, and the shop is built as plain static pages so that there is nothing to accept it with.
Refunds
Paid products are covered by the refund policy. If something does not work, say so: a fixed problem is better than a refund, and a refund is better than an unhappy customer.
